This is an intensive workshop for personal healing or transformation. We will follow the pathway of the Exodus story as a roadmap for spiritual growth and freedom. We will face the constraints that afflict each of us in our Narrow Place and the process of leaving it; cross through the parting sea into the vast unknown of the Wilderness, where we can receive the sustenance of new revelation, finally crossing into to the Land of a Milk (nurturing) and Honey (sweet) life.

We will draw on the teachings of Rabbi Alan Ullman (and other sources) to bring the biblical texts alive and help us to recognize the milestones on this archetypal passage. No prior study or knowledge of the story is needed.

Come with an open mind and an intention for healing or transformation in your life.

Please bring a notebook to record your experiences, a bandana to cover your eyes, and a drum or rattle if you have one. You may bring a small personal object to place on the altar. Wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. You will need to bring a lunch (or, there are a few local eatery choices within driving distance).

Prerequisite: Basic shamanic journeying skills.
