This is a beginning workshop on shamanic journeying. In this experiential workshop you’ll be introduced to the shamanic perspective and learn fundamental methods of entering the shamanic state of consciousness. Aided by drumming, rattling and chanting, you’ll learn how the shaman journeys into non-ordinary reality for guidance and healing. You’ll have the opportunity to meet your own spirit teacher and power animal, and to connect with the spirits of Nature. Explore the shaman’s path — the ancient heritage of us all — to awaken your soul and develop your spiritual awareness.

Come with an open mind and an intention for healing or transformation in your life.

Please bring a notebook to record your experiences, a bandana to cover your eyes, and a drum or rattle if you have one. You may bring a small personal object to place on the altar. Wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. You will need to bring a lunch (or, there are a few local eatery choices within driving distance).
