Torah Study: The 10 Utterances
“The word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may accomplish it.”
Deuteronomy 30:14
How would we structure our lifes and our community if we hold the revelation of the sanctity and unity of all being at the center of our awareness? The 10 Utterances (they weren't mis-translated to 'commandments' until the 16th century) outline the interlocking elements of just such a spiritually assembled life. We'll study these 10 core perspectives of identity and community as laid out in Torah and consider what it means to receive and build from them.
